“I want to thank all of you for your attention and assistance in building our new home in Valley View Village. My wife Janice and I had been searching for approximately two years for this type of community in our area to build a new house in. We have lived in this area for over 35 years and it was our desire to stay in this area. We also were looking for a quality home but in a setting where we had less maintenance but was constructed with amenities available similar to our previous home. Regent Homes more than satisfied us in both areas. We now have a beautiful home with nine foot ceilings downstairs, crown molding downstairs, granite countertops, hardwood floors and fully tiled master bath with whirlpool tub. All of our maintenance is furnished and it is great to be able to play golf each weekend instead of doing yard maintenance.

It was also very unexpected when I was contacted after we had been living there a year and asked if there was anything that needed their attention that we had not contacted them about in the previous year. Rick and Brandon were great in taking care of these minor items which in most cases were touch up which I did not expect for them to take care of.
